Closing a company - steps
We offer liquidation proceedings in case you want to close your company. We prepare and submit all the necessary documents with the relevant deadlines and following the stages of liquidating a company. We submit notifications to the NRA and after the certificate received from the NRA we submit documents for announcing the liquidation of the company in the Commercial Register.
After entering the liquidation in the Commercial Register, we send an invitation to potential creditors of the company. After the 6-month period, we notify the NSSI and receive a certificate from them for submitted or non-submitted payrolls and employment contracts, in case the company had employees. When the liquidation expires, we submit documents for deletion from the CR.
